WWBC & FITNESS Boxing

Established in 2003 by its founder Wayne Nelson who established the training and specific conditioning for boxers on both the amateur and professional levels, WWBC & Fitness offers a variety of different classes for your fitness goals. Heavy bag drills, light bag drills, mitt work drills, body armour workouts, rope jumping, and strength and conditioning workouts are just the beginning to what our boxing program has to offer.

  • BOX-FIT is a high octane level of cardio exercises and boxing drills that will burn between 700-1000 calories per workout.
    BOXERCISE class is our strength and conditioning workout designed for the athlete.
    BOXING BONANZA is a specialized challenging class combining exercises from both Box-Fit and Boxercise.
    JACKED is the ultimate high intensity cardio, muscle endurance, and strength training workout designed to push you to your maximum threshold.

  • Wayne Nelson is a certified fitness expert, professional trainer and a highly sought after high performance fitness coach and Master Trainer. His no-nonsense training methods are in high demand and unique and challenging to the serious athlete, as well as to the beginner. Wayne has over 30 years experience in fitness training and sports training.


    Jennifer Harmon, the associate partner in WWBC & Fitness has been in the fitness training industry for the past 5 years with certifications in personal training and group fitness. Her class and training style showcases her dedication to the "whole person", pushing the client to challenging limits and frontiers. Jen takes each class opportunity to bring the desired effect of core work. Some clients have labeled her "The Black Widow" after going through one of her classes.

    TOTAL PERFORMANCE - Athletes placed in this group are able to perform the basic requirements of our program and are at the beginner level for strength training. The typical age range for this group is 12 - 14.
    P.E.A.K. - An intense focus on specific Strength and Speed training techniques centered around an athlete's individual needs, recovery, nutrition and regeneration. Ages 17+.

  • Coach Navone has been training MMA fighters and clients for over 25 years. He has been based and worked in both Las Vegas and New Jersey, highly active arenas in the sport of MMA. Coach Navone's fighters have completed in some of the most sought after venues in the country. In addition to training winning fighters, coach Navone has trained hundreds of clients and helped themto reach their goals in fitness by using the same striking system that he uses to train his fighters.


Xtreme BootCamp

Challenge yourself with this fast- paced, calorie-blasting workout, using a unique Boot Camp style approach. From battleropes, kettlebells, sandbags, sleds, and weights to body weight plyometric exercises guaranteed to torch fat. Xtreme Bootcamp will challenge you to push your body to new limits and get you unbelievable results. Boot Camp is geared toward all fitness levels. Indoor cycling with a twist. Simulate the feel of the real bike experience. With 80 plus years of combined industry experience, the RealRyder® International team engineered a superior performance studio bike to meet the needs of the elite-cyclist for training and performance, inspire the indoor cyclist, and literally recast the indoor cycling workout from what was essentially a cardio building exercise, to an overall fitness.

Body Fit

Hard Work and FUN! Try our new trampline aerobics class! This class is done on mini trampolines making it FUN and EFFECTIVE! Body Fit is a high fat burning, low impact cardio endurance based workout that will improve your endurance, balance, coordination and core strength. This 45 minute workout will burn up to 1000 calories while having the most fun you’ve had doing cardio in a while!

WING CHUN KUEN DO - Martial Arts

Designed by a Buddhist nun from the Shaolin Temple, Wing Chun is a simple, direct and effective form of martial arts. Its emphasis on principle and technique is the foundation of the system, meaning brute strength is unnecessary. Wing Chun's effectiveness relies on structure and relaxation with a clear mental focus. Some of the training included in this program consists of boxing forms, fighting exercises, learning to use the whole body as a weapon, and internal energy (Chi Gung). Sifu John Longobardi is a fifth generation certified instructor with over 40 years martial arts experience in the Ip Man lineage, and is the head instructor of this program.

Dance away your worries with high energy and motivating music. Zumba is a fusion of Latin and international music that combines slow rhythm that tones and sculpts the body. Easy to follow dance steps, fitness interval training and resistance training all in one class.
