Beth Dembin Ideal Protein Success Story
After having two children and being diagnosed with an under active Thyroid, I found myself staring in the mirror in disbelief. I was overweight and out of shape. For the next 2 years, I became very dedicated to exercising and eating properly. I exercised 5 days a week, which included running, walking, biking, spinning, various cardio classes, and lifting. The increase in my physical fitness even allowed me to participate in and finish two duathalons. I ate lean meats, vegetable, and fruits, while avoiding most carbohydrates and processed sugars. My percentage of body fat had decreased, however, I was not losing much weight and was not able to tone up my trouble spots.
I was so depressed because I was not getting the results that I expected. Finally, I asked my personal trainers, Karen and Ian Walterson, for more information about their Ideal Protein Plan. On January 1, 2010, I began the program, with a starting weight of 158 pounds.
I worked out with Karen and Ian 5 days a week. In conjunction with the training sessions, I followed the Ideal Protein plan as instructed. I made sure to strictly follow the Plan… and 4 months later my weight was down to 128 pounds, my body fat was 24%, and had dropped 3 cloth sizes. The Ideal Protein Plan was the key to meeting my goals. The Plan was not unreasonable like some other diet programs. I did not have any more excuses, all I had to do was follow the Ideal Protein Plan. It is six months later, I have maintained the weight loss, and I continue to swear by the Ideal Protein Plan and its philosophy.
