The expert coaching staff at Oceanside Wellness & Sport know what it takes to excel in sports. All accomplished professional athletes and Certified Linear Speed & Agility Specialists, they have uniquely devised a way to enhance outdated workout routines. They have incorporated their expertise with engaging techniques, blending a synergistic style of explosive exercise and devotion to the training process. We are certified in MORR (Movement, Over-Speed, Resistance, Reaction) Performance training and Parisi Speed Training. We can increase overall and specific performance in all sports by adding movement specific training into the athlete’s repertoire. We train in three different areas for speed and agility: Linear, Lateral, Vertical, then we add in Reaction Training. Reaction is a learned response that must be trained and developed just like any other skill that pertains to sport.
We also know you can’t have speed without strength, so getting our athletes stronger is also an important part of our program.
